I just downloaded the update to my iphone and it erased all of music. I am in itunes but I do not know how to download the music back to my iphone. Could someone please help me out and provide as specific instructions as possible?

When dealing with applications, you can simply "repurchase" the application again. It will be downloaded and installed onto your iPhone and you will not be billed for it. When it comes to music and movies, it’s a little different. You will be charged again if you "repurchase" a song or movie. The best thing to do is get all your purchases onto a Mac or PC in your iTunes Library so that if anything happens to your iPhone you will still have your purchases and other content on your computer. At this point, in iTunes, you can either use the tabs alongside the Summary tab of the iPhone to configure a synced setup for your iPhone or you can enable "Manually Manage Music" so you could then drag-and-drop individual songs or albums onto the name of the iPhone in the left column.
