How do you download music from frostwire to a blank cd on the computer?

Im trying to download music from frostwire 4.17.2 and its not working adn so i need your help to tell me what to do to download it to a blank cd and please be specific!

Check if you frostwire is updated. Your completed downloaded music files could be in your shared folder which is in documents and settings (mine is).
I use Nero express when burning it to cd. Just open Nero express, click music, then click audio cd, then drag or copy paste your downloaded files in it and click burn.

    TAKE UR SONGS HIGHLIGHT THEM AND RIGHT CLICK UR MOUSE AND SEND IT TO UR WAT EVER PROG U USE TO BURN THEM.. OR JUST USE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.
