How do you download music from the internet to the Playstation 3?

I use download music from the internet so many times already. It stopped downloading every time I tried. Project Playlist was the place where I downloaded music.

I want to know other websites to download from.

    So what you need to do is download some music to your computer from the internet. MP3, wav, wma all work.

    ‘Limewire’ is good, or ‘itunes’. Or you can download via bittorrent sites like ‘www.torrentbox.com’ but you need to download a client like ‘utorrent’. Or Amazon or something…

    To get music to PS3:

    Then get a usb flash drive and make a folder on it called PS3.
    Then in that make a folder called MUSIC.
    Make sure the folder names are in CAPITALS as that is the only way they will be read.
    Copy the music you want on your PS3 to the MUSIC folder on the USB.
    Plug the USB into the PS3 and go to music, then to USB flash, or whatever it recognises your USB as. Then go through the files and folders on the USB and you will find the music, Voila!

    Alternately, if you are running Microsoft Vista and have your PS3 connected to your network, you can make your computer a media server, the on the PS3 go to check for media servers and it should register you computer and you can get and play files from there.

    Or you can put in a CD and get the PS3 to rip to harddrive.

    Downloading music from the PS3 browser isn’t recommended as it doesn’t have the compatitility as Internet Explorer 7.
