How do you download music from windows media player to a I-Pod Nano 5th generation?

February 182010

I attempted to do this once with a Pearl MP3 player, which deleted my songs a long time ago. To make matters worse, I am at school. So how do I download music onto my Pod safely? Please display the process in steps. Thanks to all answers out there!

You don’t download anything from windows media player onto any ipod! iTunes is the only program you can sync/download to your ipod with….
You can however import songs from windows media player into itunes, then once that’s done, then you can get the onto your ipod after you get them into itunes…..but you have to make sure that they are an ipod friendly file type, if not convert them to that, otherwise it’s a no go.
