How do you download music onto a chocolate cell phone?

I have one and i want to know how to download music on to it because i cant figure it out.

The easiest way I have found to put files on a phone (including ringtones, wallpapers screensavers etc) is using Create Ringtone. You send files to your mobile phone by Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) or using Bluetooth infrared or wired connection. It has a 15 day trial (I am not associated with this software)

buy a microSD memory card and USB card reader. Place card in phone and turn phone on. Then turn phone off and remove card. Then insert card into reader then put reader into the USB drive on computer. Drag and drop wma or mp3 music files into the MY_MUSIC folder on card. Put card into phone and enjoy the music.
