I have tried Limewire and Blubster but they have both given me viruses. Limewire gave me viruses so bad that I had to factory restore my computer and Blubster keeps opening pop ups. I was wondering what other free ones there was and if you guys knew of any.

My guess is that any free music program like those aren’t going to directly give you a virus. You would get the viruses from people’s computers. Not sure about Blubster, but Limewire is a P2P (Peer 2 Peer) sharing system, which means that you are sharing the songs/movies from your hard drive with others. If you happen to download a file that someone has put a virus on… then you will now have it too. I would shy away from the ones that might have 1 user, and lean more towards the ones that have multiple users sources. Legality issues aside.
