Where can I find a reliably free downloadable music-creating software?

Please have it be free, and moderately realistic sounding.

You want to create it not download it – right?.

    i use a web site called bit torrentz
    type music movie games etc
    find the one you want
    click on it look for the number of seeds it will be a green , yellow, or red bar (if green hit download bit torrent)
    go to your downloaded fies and it will say like downloading
    than when its done
    if your usin i tunes go to your i tunes account
    than click were you downladed that bit torrent than right click on the song tht you downloaded and it will say like add to or something than it will go into your downladed files and than drag it to your whatever
