How do I listen to music, but keep my laptop on some sort of power saver or hibernation type thing ?

I want to listen to music online, but I want to put my laptop on power saver as well… I tried using hibernation and sleep and i tried to close lid of the laptop, but all of that stops the music.

Is there something I can put it on, to make the screen black/idle with a power saver and still listen to my music?

Go to settings/power and set the screen to go off when you close the lid
