How to see the image files that come with music downloads?

I get image files with music downloads. They show up on the folders in thumbnail view but I cannot see them in the folders. How can I make them visible? I have already tried "show hidden files" and that didn’t work.
It is stored in the some location where your music file is stored but the format of that file might different. Use Acd to view the file.
