What are the best songs for a portfolio of piano music?

I’m looking to put together a portfolio of piano music to play at various locations, and I’m wondering what are the most popular/well-loved songs. Any genre is fine, though it needs to appeal to any generation. I’ve been playing for 11 years, so the level of difficulty is unimportant.

i think tunes to sinatra songs are always a favorit..
