What music video had a male singer wearing a big hat dancing in a white room that had moving floors?

I was trying to figure out who this singer was…the music video was awesome. The guy is wearing this huge tall hat. I think it was even furry. He’s dancing in a white room and as he moves the floor moves to make it look like the furniture is magically gliding around him. If anyone could help, I’d be grateful!

Bridget’s right…it is "Virtual Insanity" by Jamiroquai (the band’s lead singer, John Kay, is who’s shown in the trademark big hat at the time in the video).
