How do i take youtube music videos and put it on windows movie maker?
I’ve tried to find converters that work and i can only hear the music but i want to see the videos too. Does anyone know how i could see and hear the music video on windows movie maker i’d really apprieciate it. thx.

you need to have firefox 2
get the addon called unplug
you can also get another one called flash tracer
there will be things on the addon page to help you use them
they basically take the streaming video that is on the site and then save it onto your computer. the only site i have come across that it doesnt work is atomfilms
you can also use vixy.net to take vids off of utube by puttin in the url of the video
then you can play them with any player you want to play or edit them on

If this is a one time deal, I suggest you visit zamzar.com and convert the file there; be sure to convert it into an .avi file. However, if you will be needing to get the videos regularly off YouTube, I suggest you download RealPlayer, and you will be able to download it from the program. But, the file will not play in windows movie maker. So, in addition to getting RealPlayer, you will need a converter that will change the file into .avi. I got my free video converter from a site I found off google by typing in "Free video converter." There are many sites that google will send you to. The converters from those sites don’t always work exactly right, though; sometimes they’re only a trial for a day, some automatically put huge text on the converted video, and some download links just outright don’t work. Therefore, it may take a while to find one, but I’m sure you will be able to–I did.

this will help you…. Use ‘zillatube’. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.
Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.
Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine) to create new masterpieces…. then save it as video file such as wmv.
It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mpg videos with windows movie maker.

There is a program called Easy Video Downloader, just do a search for it in NONAGS.com, but it’s really easy to use. Find the video you want to download, copy the URL from the address bar, then paste it into the box on the program. Choose what format you want it in (you can choose between AVI, MP4, or keep it the same as a Flash video), then click start. It takes only a little bit to download, I think the longest time I ever had was a half hour, but it can also be as short as maybe 1 and a half minutes. I guarantee you that it’s safe, free, and easy. I use it for all my YouTube video downloads. WMM supports many file types, but the most common are AVI and WMV.
